Congratulations on the upcoming birth of your baby!

Our Childbirth Education classes have recently changed.  For your convenience, we now offer one in-person class, educational videos, and a mobile app!  And the best part is this course is offered free of charge!

Our goal is to provide you and your support person with the knowledge and understanding to help you through the labor and delivery of your baby.

Topics covered in class:

• Comfort techniques including breathing, medications, massage, positioning and environment
• Discuss birth plans
• Demonstrate the use of equipment
• Tour of the Birth Center

A workbook will be provided with instructions for accessing course information online.
