Ashle Dittmer, BSN, RN
Surgical Services Director
Ashle Dittmer, BSN, RN has been promoted to FCMC’s Surgical Services Director. Ashle has been a valuable member of FCMC’s surgical team since April 2011 and most recently worked as our Surgical Services Manager since December 2022. Prior to joining FCMC, Ashle worked at Allen Hospital for seven years as an RN in their Cardiac Ambulatory Service Department. Ashle earned her ADN from Hawkeye Community College and her BSN from Chamberlain University – graduating both programs with an impressive 4.0/4.0 GPA. Ashle is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses (AORN), including the local Iowa chapter, and the American Nurse Association (ANA). Ashle is certified in ACLS, PALS, NRP, and TNCC and currently pursuing her CNOR certification.
