Dawnett Willis, CEO
Dawnett joined FCMC in September 2021. She has over 20 years of healthcare leadership, business development, and operations experience. Most recently, she served as the Chief Ancillary/Operations Officer at Pella Regional Health Center. Prior to that, Willis was the Acting CEO at UnityPoint Health in Marshalltown and the Regional Strategy, Planning, and Business Development Executive for UnityPoint Health Waterloo Region.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management and Operations from Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska. Willis is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
