Not sure what to expect?
Many clients have not been to a dietitian or nutritionist before and aren’t sure what to expect. If you have scheduled a one-on-one nutrition therapy appointment, we will meet in a private space so that you can explore the changes you wish to make and learn new tools to help you. Initial visits are generally 60 minutes in length.
Follow-up visits to problem solve, monitor progress and explore new information to support lasting lifestyle changes are generally 30 minutes.
If you are in need of only brief education for a particular nutrition need, a single visit may be enough.
